translation to RTL languages not possible #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to edit the .csv files and use RTL languages. the script is not 
responsive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
need to use RTL languages, sometimes the whole table will disappear totally 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
have opened the .csv files in excel and note pad, on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

The usage of RTL Languages is not intended.
