I use Opera feed reader. It allow you to delete messages after read. This way i
only have few of the posts (if i subscribed to a blog) to read. I signed up for
some online feed readers, non have option to delete posts that are read. It
will be great if you can hide (delete) posts i have deleted.

You can hide them if you choose "only unread" in the menu on the top right.

Also there is an option to "delete Entries older than" x days in the settings.

Thanks for the reply. In opera feed reader, i can read, it still shows the feed
in reader. It only go after i delete it. At times i read the feed in feed
reader, but won't go to the web site and read the page. I keep it for read
later. In opera reader, i can delete a feed item like we delete mails. I think
this feature is very useful.

Deleting items is not planned. I thinks the possibility to star items for
reading them later is a good way to mark single entries. If you delete items,
the update process would fetch them again. So you have to store them anyway.

But thank you very much for your feedback!!! If there are other users who miss
this feature, then I will add this functionality.
