Wrong title on "Mark as unread"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mark an item as read by clicking the "Mark as read" icon.
2. Hover over "Mark as read" icon and read the title.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected: clicking a read item will mark it as unread. The title of the
icon should be "Mark as unread"
- Insteat: The title is "Mark as read", like on unread items.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Version 1.2

Can I change Type and Priority of an issue? Priority should be low. Don't know 
which
types are available. Sorry

You removed the title on both buttons in version 1.3, right?
In this case an explanation of the symbol would be nice for users new to 
rsslounge.

Just noticed, that the wrong title applies to "vormerken", too.
