installation step 2 fails with unknown database #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing the software

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should proceed to step 2

Its easy to solve. Just setup with an empty database and not with the sample 
data as it seems there's an error in the sq script.

If you do this it will install as I ran ion such. The only problem I have now 
is after installation my admin username and password doesn't login. So if you 
encounter this and can solve the problem do let me know..
