Build number does not increment if email was not sent #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Server no sendmail configured for php
2. Run xinc
3. All is OK except mail was not sent and number of build is 1

fixed in latest xinc build:

please test.

For getting pear Mail working, please add the following line to
/usr/share/pear/data/Xinc/xinc.ini

[email_smtp]

Just a comment: I found xinc.ini in /usr/share/php/data/Xinc/xinc.ini

/usr/share/php and /usr/share/pear are like the two most common places for pear
installations
