All settings for removed on xinc update thru PEAR #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit xinc.ini to use PEAR::Mail
2. Update xinc thru PEAR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All setting is same as before update
WIS: All settings was rewritten

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0b145, linux
