svn update failure with strange diagnostic message #159

I get 'build failed'. When I try make build with my hands - all work fine.
What is it can be?

Log:

Looks like a character code problem. whats the filename?

There is no such file in repository.

There is a file in svn with name in UTF-8. And console locale was C. I change 
it to
en_US.UTF-8 and all seems to be fine.
