Allow changing artifact link behavior #174

Currently, documentation and artifact links open a new extJS tab. This isn't 
ideal, especially with 
documentation. I would like to be able to optionally cause links to either act 
normally or open a new 
window (target=_blank or so).

Didn't get very deep in that fact for now. But I changed it yet, that it will 
open into a new tab, if it isn't a .html file.
We should also change the artifact that it can use directories and not only 
files.
