No projects listed after fresh install. Added new project, still not listed #191

I did a fresh install on Xinc 2.0.0b196 on Ubuntu 8.10 and the sample
projects aren't listed. I've added a new project and that isn't listed
either. When I run xinc on the command like like follows:

xinc -v debug -s /var/xinc/stats -f /etc/xinc/system.xml

(BTW: If I pass a numerical value to -v it never outputs anything!) then I
see that it parses all the plugins and then just keeps looping saying

Next buildtime: 1970-01-00 00:00:00
Sleeping: 30 seconds

It looks as though it isn't actually reading any of the project files. How
can I find out what is going wrong any why?

Thanks in advance!

Ben

Without making any changes the projects suddenly showed up, after a couple of
hours.
They were building fine for about 10 builds, and now they won't build any more!

If I run xinc -o from the command line I get the following message:

Run-once mode (project interval is negative)
Goodbye. Shutting down Xinc

The project is configured to always build though. What could be causing this
message?

Everything seems to working OK now! I think that the problem was that the Xinc
process would exit, preventing any builds getting done. The website was still
up.
This has happened a few times, but doing a restart usually fixes it.
