Unable to display graphs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install and setup project
2. tail -f /etc/httpd/logs/error_log
3. click the graphs link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

error output:

this issue is a duplicate of an unresolved issue.  we will begin work on this 
soon.  
for now closing this issue as duplicate.
