What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install xinc on centos 5.2 w/ PEAR package
2. commit to the repository
3. watch the build fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expecting BUILD PASSES, instead I see

 [info] [2009-03-29 23:20:19-America/New_York] [build] readapp:
Processing builders
[error] [2009-03-29 23:20:19-America/New_York] Errors on command line:

found

FAILED
[error] [2009-03-29 23:20:19-America/New_York] [build] readapp: BUILD
FAILED

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Xinc version 2.0.0b196
CENTOS 5.2 (Final)

Please provide any additional information below.

every once and awhile I see sh: -t: command not found even when im not
looking at the log... i think it must be the xinc process in the
background... if I pop into sh, i can still call phing so not sure
