xinc dashboard is not coming

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My xinc path c:/xinc  and one base xinc is in 
C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3\pear\Xinc.

2.I set up my virtual host making directory c:/xinc but have confusion  about 
"Please include /etc/xinc/www.conf in your apache virtual hosts".

3.after completing my xinc installation.I ran my virtual host
  http://xinc
it is showing the list of directories.
in which i click on projects/sampleprojects.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

ans-I am unable to see the xinc dasboard . I just can see only Page out when i 
am clicking on sample projects.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 xinc2.2.12

Please provide any additional information below.

It seams you are using xinc 2.2-12 (the install package).

Is it possible that you didn't install PHP the correct way? I mean that 
index.php is called automaticaly. ("DirectoryIndex index.php index.php" in your 
apache configuration).

As I have no Windows operation system, I can't offer help.

I have window operating system. and i have install php  successfully.
I have also install php dependencies like pears.but that build button not 
working
