Problem about Phing

Hey guys
I have some problems when setup xinc. This is my logs:

Hi,

1:
Can you post the error from the logfile 
"/var/xinc/projects/MyFirstXincProject/7966ccd4ff249373eacaf4b6d413cad8.log" 
please? Does your phing process runs without xinc?

2:
Can you post your phpunit xml file, which was generated after the phing 
process? Or maybe it wasn't created course phing process was cancelled before.
