What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run the new mushclient on a small enough laptop, and you don't have room for 
all the miniwindows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? (If applicable,
include copy/paste from output)

Please provide any additional information below.

In short, if there was a way to make a miniwindow on top of others when you 
want it to be, that would be awesome.

I'm going to go ahead and mark this finished, even though the gmcp mapper and 
bigmap don't have it yet. done in r645.
