Scaffold migration to annotation processors #65

Migrate scaffold generated classes to the annotation processors, there should 
be a set of processors:

DomainDataApiProcessor for Data interfaces
DomainBaseApiProcessor for Base object
DaoApiProcessor for Dao interaces
DaoBaseProcessor for hibernate dao implemenation
