Add option to set secure for all cookies #80

This option should set secure flag by default for all cookies.
It will be very helpful to enable this option in one place and forget about 
securing each individual cookie

seems that this is application-specific logic, you can override 
HttpSupportFilter and APpController to make changes across the app
