User module: password

In the user module in the details of a user:

1- the password should appear in the box with ***** (just to tell the
administrator that there is a password and is not null).

2- the administrator can change the password of a user, but we need the
confirm password text box (password needs to be entered twice and the
system should check if they are different warn the adminitrator). to
prevent error on entering the password.

1. All user in system must have password by default when they register or
administrator add them to system so I'm not show *** because It diffucult to 
check
when admin edit user detail I don't know that password is update or old password
because in db save password with md5 encode.
