Concept module: problem visualizing tabs section #120

Today i create lots of concepts, so the tree in the left part of the screen
become very long.
if i go to the bottom and i select a concept, i cannot see the section in
the right with all tabs (terms, info, relationships, etc), because it is
positionated at beginning of the page.

I suggest 2 possibilities:
1) put a scrolling list for the concept tree so i can move down with the
scrolling list inside the concept tree window

2) alternatively the tabs window (with terms, info, relationships, etc)
should "move" to be always visible in the page... (some existing solutions
exists online)   -- but i like better the solution n. 1
