Today I was working on the fishes concepts and i have create many terms. I
eliminate a japanese term "鱼类". But the system waits for validation, so
the term is still there (the status is changed but the user cannot see it).
So the user may click on eliminate the term multiple times and in the
validation panel this will appear many times. So I propose:

- when the status of aterm is changed to "propose deprecated", put its text
in a different colour (see another issues with suggestions of the colors).
- in the validation module one (same) action should appear only once.
Example eliminate one term, even if i eliminate it many times, it should
appear only once.

an alternative to a different color (because the term is a link so now appear in
blue) the status can appear in brackets (example "cows (main) [propose 
deprecated]".

I try again this morning and i still can delete a term many times (even if the 
colour
is ok).... in validation module the term appear many times... 

So I suggest If a term is already proposed-deleted, hide the delete button 
(because
has no sense anymore). so the user cannot create multiple same entries for 
validations.
