Classification scheme - various issues #135

1) If I create a category in a scheme but i do not enter any term, the
system should prompt me. (now i can select submit but the empty category of
course is not created)

2) The selected concept or category should be highlighted as done in the
concept tree (note: should work also in mozilla)

3) if no concept or category are selected in the term window should appear
"Please select a category" (instead of "please select a concept")

4) If i change the languages to display the system do not refresh the tree.

5) If i decide not to display one language (example thai) and in the
categories there are 2 categories existing only in Thai, those disappear
from the list, instead it should be "label not found"

ALL VERIFIED EXCEPT point 1) --> if i create a category and i do not enter a 
name and
not select the language the system created it anyway... instead should ask for
filling details or press cancel..

For point 1:
If neither the name and the language are filled in the panel to create a new 
term,
the system behave correctly prompting to fill with details. If only the name is
filled in and not the language, the system accept the creation; if only the 
language
is filled in the system does not process the creation further on.

If all the three cases above are compliant with the specifications we can close 
this
as Verified
