User module: error on register # 2

I try again to register this morning. I got these errors:

- the list of languages was not available.
- the list of group was not available
- on submit i got "RPC fail"
- as administrator i didn't get the email (from agrovoc@gmail) asking to
validate the user
- as user mm4 at my email I didn't get the email to wait for approval

But the system stored the user in the correct list....

Today also 10/01/2008 I got the message "RPC fail" when working on the user 
module...
Why this appears times to times... We should try to debug and see what the 
problem is
generated from.
