Concept module is stuck by 'loading' #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reloading concept tree failed: message "reloading tree failed". 
Then by reloading again, it worked.

It taskes up to one minute and absorbs most of PC resource that it seems 
freexed, but
finally the reload shows again the tree. I tried twice with firefox and IE,both 
shows
same behaviour
