Term module: the main term #145

Dear all,
we decided in FAO that when we create a new term, instead of having "main
term" we should have "thesaurus preferred term". Also wen the system say
"main" in the term panel, this should be "preferred".

partially done: change also in the window that appear when creating a new term: 
"Main
term" should be "thesaurus preferred term"
