Concept module - deleting of terms #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. After deleting two terms and validation (accepted) the terms are still 
visible! Deleted terms should not be shown anymore or at least should be 
marked as deleted.

I did the same and after creating a TEST term for "Animal production" I tried to
delete it and although I confirmed deletion it is visible with slightly grey 
effect on it

The management of deletions is fine for now: different colours will identify 
status
(propose deleted, deprecated, etc).  Next release we may change based on user 
comments.
