Classification schemes: create categories child of exising ones #153

In rice module n.1
I created a category "Agriculture". Then i try to create other categories
(both by hand or selecting exisitng concepts) and selected CHILD OF
SELECTED CATEGORY.

BUT the system was creating all categories AT THE MAIN LEVEL instead of
being chindren.
