User registration: changes on some elements #94

- For the password: the label "Confirm" should become "Confirm password"
- Chat: we need to have a select list where user can indicate what type of 
chat (msn-messenger, yahoo, skype, etc)
- Select groups: The label "Select groups" should be "Groups to which you are
registered:" and the "Add" button below should be
 "Select group".
- The list of groups the user can select should be:
       publisher
       validator
       ontology editor
       term editor
(and NOT non-logged-in users) <-- this should be removed
This also from the list of "List groups of" in the user page.

- The current label "Select laguages" should be "Languages you can manage"
and the "Add" button should be "Select language"

- I registered as a new user "testfao1" and assigned group ontology editor 
and language portuguese. BUT, the administrator when select the user  from
the user module, cannot see these selections (the groups and the languages).
Check needed.

Other issues fixed except this issue.

All verified except:

Can we change:
"Groups to which you are registered" into "Groups to which you want to register"
and
"Languages you can manage" into "Languages you want to manage"
in the user registration modukle? because the user wish to subscribe (but 
cannot yet
manage)

ALSO: groups and languages information selected by the user are lost.

It could be:

"Groups you wish to register for"

and

"Languages you wish to manage"
