Trabajar con Cotizaciones #30

Habria que ver si no es mas conveniente navegar las cotizacion via el trabjar 
con monedas, desde la pertaña de cotizacion. Si Queda el WorkWithcotizacion, 
habria que cambiar el filtro de moneda que hoy es un edit, o por un prompt y 
otro filtro mas practico

Se agrega domino para asociar un combo a la variable de tipo filtro, el insert 
se pasa a un evento de usuario para poder pasar los valores de los filtros que 
pasan como parametros
