linking articleset to new project does not work

Expected output: project 2 and project 3 linked to / accessible from project 
198.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

problem version 1.
1. projects,all projects, select project 2 (dagbladen), linked datasets, link 
to project 198 "plaatselijk protest"
2. however, project 198 is not incorporated in the list of projects to choose 
from. 

problem version 2.projects,all projects, select project 3 (tv), linked 
datasets, link to project 198 "plaatselijk protest" 
2. now project 198 is incorporated in the list of projects to choose from, but 
an error message pops up:
500 : An Error has occurred; AttributeError: 'WSGIRequest' object has no 
attribute 'sentry'. The server encountered an internal error or 
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Deze issue is opgelost in -dev! Voor nu lijkt het dat -production de taak wel 
uitvoert, maar "gewoon" crasht bij het redirecten van de gebruiker.
