International Article upload script for lexisnexis #662

It would save us a lot of time if the article upload script for 
lexisnexis-files could be applied to all language-versions. 

Right now, for example, we need to change certain parts of each document from 
German to English (from "Dokument # von #" to "# of # Document"). Otherwise the 
script produces Error 500.
