Delete bible doesn't seem to be working. #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap document title in upper left hand corner.
2. Do a long press on document title
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the options "About" and "Delete"
"Delete" is greyed out, however, and I am unable to remove the document.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm running version 2.1.1 on Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
