auto download/generation of search indexes (or prompt when bible is installed?) #78

I think it would be a nicer user experience if you got a prompt after you had
installed a bible (or had a setting or something) to automatically
download/generate indexes for it rather than having to leave it until you want
to search. Presumably you can just background these tasks.

I did think about this when I was implementing downloadable searches (a long
time ago) but for some reason didn't do it. I will look into it again.

If users install modules manually (e.g. developers, or from CrossWire Beta or
CrossWire Wycliffe), then the background task should be to generate rather than
download the index.

The problem is what should trigger this requirement?

And Bible would need to scan all documents and identify
(a) which had no index, and
(b) which were not in the configured download repositories, and/or
(c) which had no downloadable index
