Support Django 1.1.1 #260

Since this was a security release, I took the time to integrate the 1.1.1 
changes into the django used in the app-engine-patch.

The code is hosted on github @ http://github.com/iguzu/gae-django

I also included a 1.1.1 version with the recently revamped messaging system. 
(which I needed for my app).

Use the appropriate tag to get the version you like.
