API end points are not supported

In dev_appserver you go to /_ah/_api/explorer and got redirected to the API 
Explorer, this doesn't work in devserver2 you get an error that the url is no 
registered.

Also working with an existing end point and gapi (JS client for the endpoint) 
will fail with the following resource not found.
