ajaxed/indexed.html page is encoded as utf-16 while rest of v2.1 are utf-8.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open page in any editor that obeys utf encoding
2. see what looks like thai text.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
thai instead of latin text

simple fix.  just change the 3rd line at top of page from:
charset=UTF-16
  to:
charset=UTF-8

Please use the labels to provide information about the ajaxed version, the
involved class(es) and the operating system and/or browser your are using.

this is in v2.1 Ajaxed       (just downloaded yesterday)
page is /ajaxed/index.html   (a documentation page.)
