Dropdown problem Ajaxed 2.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. how can i display multiple fields in dataTextField and a single value in 
2. dataValueField
3. my code snippet work fine with only one field see attached file its an
example that i took from tips and tutorials

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
