What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
better the end result screen what tell for you 
-what team win
-best player
-best player with both team
-etc.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
everyone want see how win.

I like this idea. I'll see what I can do to get this for 2.5.8 or some later 
release.

Well, the scoreboard sorts the teams, so the winning team is the one on top.
The best player is either the first player in the winning team or the first 
player in the losing team. You can tell by looking at the "1st" in the score.

Those are actually already shown, but are not so obvious.

But people are too lazy to look it (at least me).
I have some other idea, vote map and chat box on end screen.
I has add photo on my idea.

Adding text ont he top might make it look unbalanced because the scoreboard is 
centered.

Also, the voting is already under the chat box, so just call a vote. In fact, 
you can already call a vote in advance and set the next map.
