Usable questitems for the new Dailies #197

Problem:
The following items should go into the Misc.Usable.Quest category, as they
are used in the new daily quests:

Bash'ir Phasing Device 34248
Sizzling Embers 34253
Fel Siphon 34257
Mana Remnants 34338 (only can be used if you have 4 of them, but if you
have less, it is nice to see them on autobar as well, as no questtracker
shows progress in obtaining them)
Attuned Crystal Cores 34368
Shattered Sun Banner 34414
Captured Legion Scroll 34420
Arcane Charges 34475
Multiphase Spectrographic Goggles 35233

I'm sure there are more, but those are the one I have encountered so far. :)
