Usable questitem: Flaming Oil

The following item is used in one of the new daily quests and should go
into the Misc.Usable.Quest category:

Flaming Oil 34489 (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34489)

Also, might it be possible to not only rely on LibPeriodicTable-3.1 alone
for the questitem-button? Wouldn't it do to display all "Quest Item" items
that have a "Use:" by default, plus all those from the lib? Or maybe there
could be some other hack. I have seen something similar in QBar
(http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info8645-QBar.html)... it kinda
works, but it has obvious shortcomings. Like, I can't bind keys to a button
there, and they ain't popup buttons. :)

Some "Use" items require u to right click on an object in wow directly and not 
on 
the item.  So any blind scanning of the item text is fragile.  If Blizzard gave 
us 
access to some attribute that means "click this actual item" then yes, but they 
don't so AutoBar doesn't.

As for Flaming Oil and the other new patch items, they are in the Alpha.
