Custom Categories #228

Problem:
I'm having great difficulty adding my own categories.

I only want a minimal amount of buttons on my autobar and for example
created a category called "Pots" Then I added a new item and dragged a
super mana pot into it and then added another item a super healing pot....
however when i hover over the new button only 1 of the 2 are displayed.

On another note, I really miss the old method for configuring Autobar where
it showed a matrix of slots and you just dragged items you wanted displayed
under a particular category.

1) Please read the Usage page or Beta docs regarding Custom Buttons.

2) Instead of custom categories, you need to just make a Custom Button then add
all
the pot categories you want to it. This automatically gives you updates made
to
those categories & you wont have to edit it each time you get a new type of pot
you
want in it.

3) Another aproach is a feature request for the button you want.

4) I am not able to reproduce having 2 items (both present in bags or
inventory) in
a category, having a button with that category set and not seeing the 2 items.

Are you using the Alpha?

Thanks for the quick response dirk.

I posted this comment before seeing the autobar discussion forum. I
downloaded the
alpha and will try it tonight I see there are a lot of fixes in that code since
the
version that is on wowace (that is what I was running, the one hosted there.)

I did find some issues with renaming while looking at this & ended up rewriting
the
way custom categories are indexed, so its all good.
