Stuck on Widescreen Mode #248

Problem: My bars seem to be stuck on widescreen mode when I am running
Warcraft in fullscreen resolution.  This is making the bars show up off the
left side of the screen and not letting me move them to the right -- I can
only reposition them up and down.  As a result many of my buttons on the
bar are not accessible as they are off the screen.  This seems to be a
recent glitch.

The clamp to screen was fixed already to just be a setting in AutoBar/Clamped
