Draglink Error: need to implement dragLink for Rock.

Problem:
Error when trying to create custom item or button using draglinking by 
either method described in wiki:

Config Error: type 'dragLink' is not valid for path 'Autobar->Categories-
>Custom1->Items->1->item'

I am unable to reproduce this.  What version are you using?  Please follow the 
FAQ 
debug instructions on how to get the latest version.  If downloading the latest 
development version still gives this error then provide an exact description of 
what 
you are doing please.

Ok - I found out what causes it. 

If you use the AutoBar config menu (/autobar config) the error does NOT occur. 
It 
only happens if you use the master Rock config menu to create the custome item.
