Dynamically size bar to current columns or rows so they can attach to each other. #270

Problem:
It would be convienent for initial setup purposes if the default number of
columns for a bar was set to the maximum number of default buttons. The
special bar and class bars only have 5 or 6 buttons by default. Having the
columns default to 32 forces the user to set the columns. This isn't a huge
deal, just sort of a minor annoyance.

I think I may add a setting to adjust columns or rows to match available 
buttons.  
This would aid sticking other bars and buttons to bar using LibStickyFrames
