Cannot create button #274

Whenever I try to make a new button (either from the config screen or by
right-clicking a bar and going to the button list and clicking "new"), I
get an error and the bar no longer works.  The config screen still seems to
work fine but the buttons on the bar itself do nothing when clicked.

Copied the error from BugSack:
