Upgrade to Ace3Config dropdown menu once it gets written. #277

Problem: The configuration menu for autobar does not work when used as a drop 
down menu for 
the Bars, Buttons and Category menus.

Work-a-around: Double click to open the normal configuration window, close it 
and then 
configuration can be done as per normal.

My guess is this is related to memory optimization that delays loading the 
nested options until the 
menu is loaded and that it only works with waterfall and not dewdrop.

Yes. I need to figure out if I can hook FuBar to do a better job.  Ideally it 
needs 
to let me populate the menu fully before it just right clicks.

Will not fix until there is an Ace3Config dropdown.
