Reagent Inventory Button #286

Almost all classes need reagents for endgame content (e.g. buffing,
rituals, etc.), or special abilities (e.g. levitate, waterwalk, etc.), etc.
Since the prices can differ a lot according to faction reputation (friendly
to exalted), for some greedy bastards (like myself) it does count for how
much you buy stuff. That is why I buy my reagents at an exalted vendor and
stock 'em in my bank. I know it's not exactly the angle of Autobar, but
since it's a very supportive addon, it should help geeks like me not having
to pay attention to the reagent counts, only the bank stock, and take a
certain amount (manually set) of the respective class reagents from the
bank, into the bag (maybe on set bagslots, to prevent epic bag chaos).

Yeah I know this does not sound so important but if this new system starts
working fine, new refillable items could be added (e.g. pots, food,
mistletoe, etc.).

Another development route should be to auto refill the selected reagents at
exalted/revered/honored (this should be set manually) vendors (besides
bank refills).Or even auto repair (indicating repair costs of course).

I have a long term todo to maybe have buttons with a inventory level setting.
The
idea is they would show up if their reagents are below some level and have some
angry red color or something. I am changing this to just be a feature request
for
that.
