Bar has strange holes and missing buttons

Problem:
 I'm having problems with the autobar for my hunter.  I deleted all the 
saved variables for autobar and this is what it looked like for me fresh 
out of the box.  First, it had strange blocks of empty buttons.  I then 
attempted to move buttons around and discovered most of the buttons were 
above the main bar in a mystery unnamed toolbar.  I'm attaching screen 
shots so you can see what I'm talking about.

Note: I deleted the addon and the saved variables again and reinstalled.  
Everything 
is fine now, but I'm not sure how it got into the state I showed above.

After moving buttons around I ended up with the same problem.  Gaps in the main 
toolbar with the bulk of the buttons being on an invisible phantom toolbar 
above it.

In move buttons mode it shows you all buttons available.  This moves some of 
them to 
the next row.  That is not where they are when Move Button mode is off.  When 
it is 
off only the green outlined ones show.

Ok, now I need to reproduce what you have here.  What level is your hunter?  
Can you 
give me an exact recipe?  So very detailed like:
1) Reset SV & login
2) Move x to end
3) move y to bar Z
4) delete a, b, c
5) Blanks apear.

I have figured out how to reproduce it on my end as well as an apparent work 
around.
I have a 65 hunter.  
1)What I do is move all the buttons except the ER button from the hunter bar to 
the 
main bar.  
2)I then change the scale on the bar to 90% and move it to a new position 
directly 
above my regular toolbars (bartender3 bars at 90%).  
3)I usually then do a /console reloadui because if I don't the popups from the 
autobar appear behind the xp and rep bar that is directly above it.  
4)This is when the blanks appear.

It appears that if I skip the reloadui and instead quit the game and log back 
in 
everything is fine.  So I'm using that as a workaround for now.

All right.  I happenned to get this on my hunter.  The blanks just showed up 
after 
going to move buttons mode and back.
