Empty buttons do not show backdrop #308

I have an empty button set up (custom button, no categories, set to always
show), however, the backdrop as provided by Button Facade does not show up.
 Things used to work within the past 2 weeks, however, I'm not sure which
particular revision the backdrop stopped showing up. Both Button Facade and
AutoBar are up-to-date with the latest revisions from WAU.

The empty button background is used on blizzard and other bar frames to show 
buttons 
you can drop stuff onto during a drag.  I have now implemented that for certain 
buttons.  As a result it will not be used to show empty buttons, only eligible 
buttons...
