New buttons added to Priest Bar (Through Cutsom Category) cover each other + More Priest related #312

Problem:

(I don't know if you fixed this yet or not)

So I made a new button category for Inner Fire and tried to put it next to
the ER button, between Class Buff and ER. What happened is it covered the
ER button (Which has Power Word: Shield). The only way to be able to show
ER was to put the new button to the right of ER, otherwise ER is covered.
Custom buttons/categories seem to not rearange properly with existing
buttons in the Priest Bar.

Also a button for Inner Fire would be nice (Which is why I was trying to
add it myself), and also Touch of Weakness (Blood Elf/Undead) would be
nice, although it should probably be the leftmost button since fighting
Priests would be using it every mob. Adding Load on demand (Depending on
race and if it's learned) racial Priest buttons would be cool in general,
too.

Also a thing about the ER button. It's not really implemented too well.
The macro in there would shield the target if it's friendly and you have
one, but isn't the ER button meant to save yourself in an emergency? If
you're being hit while having a friendly target, you need to drop target
first and could end up dead due to that second or two. I think maybe a
macro such as "/cast [target=player]Power Word: Shield" (Found on WoW
Wiki) would be a better implementation of ER, and the current button
should be retained next to it to shield others, and just called Power
Word: Shield.

Also the new Stealth button for Fade (Probably others too) does not work
as intended. When Move the Buttons is selected, it can be seen but there
is no way to see it otherwise. Always Show does nothing but show an empty
spot. An actual icon for Fade would be a nice touch too, instead of the
Box icon.

1) ER is for the target, not personal. I could add a harm clause to then cast
on
self but I find that its best to target something then cast it. I will make
that a
checkbox option when I add it.
2) Are you a shadow priest? Do you actually have Fade? Like most AutoBar
buttons,
it only shows up if u actually have what it is about.
3) I will look into covering issues. What version are you reporting this with?

Yes please and thank you about the Shield. Works great with self cast on when
target
isn't friendly (Which I enable for everything in Blizz options) but I was in a
party
just recently helping somebody on a boss (Healing them, called to Kalimdor from
Eastern Kingdoms, oy) and almost died when an agro spawned next to me and I
tried to
cast Sheld but forgot I had a friendly target.

I swear, I'm Shadow spec with Fade learned (Not planning on Improved Fade
though,
just normal), level 14 as of this post. It just will not come up which is why
I'm
reporting it. >.<

I'm using 75288, and was going to run WAU tonight again when I played, which is
when
I usuallly update.

I was wondering, is it even possible to make it cast on self while having a
friendly
target, but while being attacked at the same time? It does cast normally on
self
when a nonfriendly is targeted (Blizz options), but otherwise it's like the
hotkey
from the Spellbook.

All right hold on a second. Right now that button is linked to ShadowForm.
Should
it be Fade instead? Is Fade only a pve thing to dump aggro against a boss?

Ok my bad on that. It actually casts ShadowForm. In fact I should remove this
option for priests since you guys do not actually have stealth...

It could be part of an aggro dump button, but is most suitable on your action
bars,
not in AutoBar.

Check the FAQ for self casting. Usually it is if you hold down alt key iirc.

Yea I guess good idea removing the button from Priests, since Fade isn't really
stealth. I checked it with people lower level than me, and they could still see
me,
unlike with normal stealth skills that people lower level can't see. It's just
useful for lowering threat when drawing agro accidentally, or running past mobs
and
making them not want to attack.

And Shadowform definitely isn't stealth.

Spells in custom categories have been fixed. Unfortunately you need to redrag
them
from your spell book to fix the old bad player class they have in them.

I see. Thanks for the fix.

I probably should use Reinstall from WAU with a fresh AB folder to make sure
there's
no old files floating around.
