Custom Categories undeitable after a while

Problem:
This has been around for a while now, and I thought it was normal, but the 
the mode I see it the more I think it wasn't intended. When I make a new 
category to house a macro for something that isn't already in the bar, the 
following happens. Usually this happens on the next relog, or after a few 
minutes.

Recently I added a button for Inner Fire. I made a new category called 
Inner Fire with a useless macro in it just as a placeholder so the button 
was visible (Could have had Hearth there. I needed something to see to 
know where to drag and drop). Then I added the category to the Priest bar, 
dropped a premade Inner Fire Macro onto the placeholder, then removed the 
placeholder. I was unable to add any more stuff to the category after 
removing the placeholder.

Also if I make a new category with a placeholder/spell/macro (Made with 
the small Autobar text entry for one-line macros)/macro (Dragged and 
dropped from the Macros panel) in it then relog and try to drop more stuff 
onto the category, it doesn't add and instead casts whatever is under the 
cursor.

Also draging and dropping directly from the Spellbook/macro panel does not 
work. I first have to put the thing to be added onto a hotkey, then drag 
it from the hotkey onto the new category.

The fix requires you to redrag all custom category spells from your spell book.
