API: getExercises method should accept some pagination parameter #119

Nowadays Babelium has only near 100 videos, and both the Flex and the HTML5 
version are working like a charm. But when this project gets momentum, and the 
number of videos gets a 4 digit number, it will crawl.

iluengo suggests to fix the getExercises method of the API and also to use 
JPaging (http://do-web.com/jpaging/demo) / AJAX magic to handle this issue.
